Someone must be available to accept the delivery at the specified address, as redelivery charges may apply.
Please inspect all items upon arrival and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our trade kitchen supply business, our return policy is tailored to ensure efficiency for trade professionals.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Pre-assembled units, worktops, and special-order appliances are non-refundable once dispatched.
Any item that has been installed or used cannot be returned.
Returns Process
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages & Defects
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Any reported issues after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacements.
Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item has been inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
