Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Pre-assembled units, worktops, and special-order appliances are non-refundable once dispatched.
Any item that has been installed or used cannot be returned.
Returns Process
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages & Defects

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
